This Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old, whether acting on their own behalf or as an authorized employee or representative of a corporation or other business entity. If you do not so qualify, do not attempt to register for or use the Service. SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC may refuse to offer the Service to any person or entity and may change its eligibility criteria, at any time, in its sole discretion. If you do not agree to all of THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, do not access or use this Service. BY VIEWING OR USING ALL OR ANY PART OF THE SERVICE, DOWNLOADING ANY MATERIALS OR COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Service following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC. You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to (a) take any action or (b) upload, post, submit or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content (including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data or other information) using any communications service or other service available on or through this Service, that: is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, obscene, profane or which otherwise violates this Agreement; infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other right of any party; constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail ("spamming"); imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC's computing, storage or communications infrastructure, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to this Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service, through password mining or otherwise; contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, limit or interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any system, data or other information of SOUSLEY SERVICES or any third party; or harvests or collects any information from the Site; or impersonates any person or entity, including any employee or representative of SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC. SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate your access to thIS Service should your conduct fail to conform strictly with any provision of this section.

All services will be paid for in advance by Customer (in a form and manner designated by SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC). Payments will be tendered to SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC and held by  SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC in escrow in a separate trust account. In return, SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC will provide Customer with the means to release payment either by calling the Payment Release Line or by signing the Helper's invoice upon completion of the job.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: As a Customer, you agree that, upon completion of services , you shall promptly call the SOUSLEY SERVICES "Payment Release Line" or sign the invoice showing the total amount of hours worked. Calling the Payment Release Line and releasing payment or signing the invoice shall constitute irrevocable authorization for SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC  to release the applicable payment to SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC. Customer shall not be entitled to any refund with respect to any amount released. Therefore, once you have authorized SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC to release payment to  SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC, you agree that all payment disputes (including but not limited to defective services) your sole recourse shall be against the applicable employee – not SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC. In such circumstances, you will not attempt to block or otherwise prevent SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC's payment processing activities (such as, by requesting your credit card provider to refuse or rescind payment to SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC). As a Customer, you agree to only provide truthful and fair feedback. You also agree to not accept any payment or other consideration in exchange for influencing your feedback (such as, accepting payment in exchange for providing positive feedback with respect to any employee associated with SOUSLEY SERVICES). Under no circumstances will SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC  be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any content, goods or services available on any other site that violates this Agreement; infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other right of any party; constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail ("spamming"); imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC computing, storage or communications infrastructure, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to this Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service, through password mining or otherwise; contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, limit or interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any system, data or other information of SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC or any third party; or harvests or collects any information from the Site; or impersonates any person or entity, including any employee or representative of SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC. SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate your access to this Service should your conduct fail to conform strictly with any provision of this section.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys fees, in whole or in part arising out of or attributable to any breach of this Agreement (or any law or regulation) by you.  SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will assist and cooperate with SOUSLEY SERVICES, LLC in asserting any available defenses. As a Customer, to receive a full refund, an order must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the job start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the job start time, a 1 hour fee based on the service provider's hourly rate will be charged. If you cancel within one hour of your start time, the cancellation charge doubles and a $25.00 travel fee will be imposed as well.
